Who we are
SK FITNESS is operated by Salvador Jozirio trading as SK Fitness (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We are the data controller for all personal data collected through www.salvadorskfitness.com, our coaching apps and community platforms.

What data we collect
We collect and process the following categories of information:
• Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number (with country code), postal address.
• Coaching data: fitness goals, injuries, health information you choose to share, dietary preferences, progress metrics and photos.
• Account & usage: login details, activity within our apps or community (Circle), messages and posts you create.
• Payment: billing information processed securely by Stripe and Klarna (where available in your country). We never store full card details.
• Technical: IP address, device type, browser version, cookies, pixels and analytics data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
• Marketing preferences: responses to emails, forms (Typeform), and campaign interactions.
How we use your data (lawful bases)
We use your personal data for specific purposes and only where we have a lawful reason to do so under the UK GDPR.
- Delivering your coaching, meal, and training plans: 
We process your personal information to provide and manage your fitness coaching services, including your plans, app access, and progress tracking.
Lawful basis: Performance of contract.
- Processing payments, invoices, and refunds: 
We use your details to process transactions, issue receipts, and handle refunds when applicable.
Lawful basis: Contract and legal obligation.
- Providing onboarding and ongoing client support: 
Your data helps us deliver personalised onboarding, progress reviews, and technical or coaching support throughout your journey.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests.
- Storing progress data, photos, and health information to track results: 
We keep health and fitness-related data such as progress photos, body metrics, or injury notes so we can personalise your plan and track your transformation safely.
Lawful basis: Explicit consent.
- Email and SMS marketing, and community updates: 
We may send you messages about coaching, community news, offers, or promotions that may interest you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Lawful basis: Consent or soft opt-in (for existing clients).
- Analytics, site improvement, and fraud prevention: 
We analyse how our website, app, and systems are used to improve performance, enhance user experience, and prevent abuse.

- Compliance with tax and legal requirements: 
Some information is stored or processed to meet accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

Sharing your data
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, including:
• Stripe & Klarna (payment processing — Klarna available in supported countries)
• GoHighLevel (GHL) (funnel, checkout & email automation)
• Circle (community platform)
• Typeform (forms & surveys)
• Google Analytics / Meta Pixel (advertising & analytics)
• Zapier (automation links between systems)
• Canva & Loom (content creation / video delivery)
• Google Drive & Dropbox (file storage)
All third parties act as processors under written agreements and process your data only on our instructions.
International transfers
Some partners store or process data outside the UK/EEA.
When they do, we rely on legally approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
• Client accounts and coaching records: kept for up to 6 years after your programme ends (for tax and contract purposes).
• Marketing leads: kept for up to 24 months after last interaction or until you opt out.
• Progress photos and health information: deleted within 12 months after your coaching ends unless you request otherwise.
• Analytics and cookies: see Cookie Notice for lifetimes.
We anonymise or securely erase data once no longer needed.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and pixels for essential functions, analytics and advertising.
On your first visit you’ll see a cookie banner asking for consent (except for strictly necessary cookies).
You can change preferences or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to:

Security
We use technical and organisational measures (e.g. secure servers, password protection, limited access) to protect your data.
While no online service is 100% secure, we continually review and improve our safeguards.
Children
Our coaching services are strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
If we become aware that data has been submitted by someone under 18, it will be securely deleted immediately.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date shown above.
